研究领域
蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子基于其三维空间结构发挥功能。我们通过X-射线晶体学、冷冻电镜以及其它生物物理、生物化学等方法,系统研究重要生物大分子的结构和功能,比如在泛素化和SUMO化途径中与疾病相关的酶。我们致力于从分子层面理解生物大分子发挥功能的机制,加速药物的研发。
