Research Interest

My research focuses on the structural characterization of proteins using X-ray crystallography as a primary tool, with an increasing emphasis on developing effective clinical drugs. We apply crystallographic, biophysics, biochemical and cell biology approaches to elucidate the structure-function relationships of biological macromolecules, and provide the platform for drug discovery targeting disease-related proteins.
