郦莉,1:深入研究端粒酶缺失小鼠的卵巢衰老表型,并鉴定在其中起关键作用的分子,确定端粒酶缺失导致小鼠卵巢衰老的分子机制;2:从事肝癌发生发展机制的研究,研究重点为运用肝细胞高效的基因编辑小鼠,系统性阐明多样化的基因突变导致肝癌表型异质性的规律和机制这一关键科学问题,为肝癌精准治疗新方案的开发提供科学依据和测试平台。主持国家自然科学基金2项,相关研究成果已发表于EMBO J,JBC,Genes&development等,发表SCI论文20余篇。
课程教学:讲授《生理学》、《基础医学概论》等本科生课程,参与讲授《高级生理学》研究生专业基础和选修课程。
